The local Organizing Committee asks you to ensure that your technical equipment is ready at the beginning of the conference. This should include:

  • a computer rather than a tablet or phone
  • microphone and speakers (ideally headset!)
  • internet access with enough bandwidth to stream video sessions
  • a webcam in order to profit from the full virtual experience

Detailed information about platforms used:

  • Conftool: Conference management system. The place to register for your participation as well as to upload and manage your contributions
  • EXPO-IP: Main Conference Platform. The virtual place to meet, access the plenaries, discussion sessions, exhibition and networking areas.
    • You should have received a link during registration. You need to verify yourself using this link. Contact if this link is not accessible anymore.
    • To use the EXPO-IP Content Management System, you need any current browser that supports the current HTML5 standard without errors.
    • This does NOT include the browser: Microsoft INTERNET EXPLORER.
    • Please make sure to allow for cookies to use chat, embedded videos etc.
  • Chat implemented in EXPO-IP to talk to EAC 2020 back office as well as exhibitors
    • Your name and email will be transferred automatically via this chat tool
    • Only functional if cookies are enabled
  • Zoom: Meeting Platform that hosts all virtual discussions and plenary sessions
    • Accessible via links provided in EXPO-IP conference structure
    • Best experience when Zoom App is installed on your computer
  • Yotribe: Mingling tool used during coffee breaks, ice breaker, YIN event and after conference hours

  • VIMP: Video streaming platform that hosts all your video presentation material
