Conference Registration

Registration for the conference will be made available via ConfTool, a conference management software system.

  • In order to access the registration form, you will need the initial account data that you have already entered during the abstract submission process.
  • Please do not create a new account for registration – please contact the organizers if you cannot access your old account.
  • Abstracts and participants are matched by user accounts.
  • To reduce no-shows, presenters of oral contributions (notification  July 20) will be required to register by  August 24.

Your registration includes full access to our virtual conference platform which will provide access to all presentations and host all platform discussions as well as live plenary lectures. Please pay attention to our Sponsors that will also be present at their virtual exhibition booths during conference hours. Please find the preliminary program on our website and closely follow all updates within the upcoming weeks.

*EAA members rate:

  • Applies for any individual member of one of the EAA member societies.
  • Your membership has to be specified during the registration process.
  • Become a member of GAeF to benefit from the reduced registration fee today. Membership applications are taken via this form.

**students rate:

  • Students who are already enrolled with GAeF as of 1st of July 2020 will be granted free access to the online version of EAC2020.
  • Your student status has to be specified during the registration process.

Registration Process Details

Please go to to register. In case you have already submitted an abstract, please use the same account details to login for registration again to allow for matching participants and abstracts.

After successful registration you will receive an email directly from EAC 2020’s platform containing a link to download your individual invoice and confirmation letter (in one document!). As we need to host the conference in the virtual space, we need to transfer your data to our conference platform This is automatically done during the registration process and you agree to this when accepting our General Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. You will receive a separate email from asking for confirmation of your registration to avoid spam. Please do so immediately in order to be fully logged in to our virtual conference. After the final payment step you will also receive your payment confirmation. Your payment status will always be accessible via your account.
